Aberson, D. Scott

Scott Aberson practices in Maslon's Litigation Group. He represents business entities, major manufacturers, and individuals in complex commercial litigation in the areas of tort and product liability, intellectual property litigation, and general business litigation. Scott has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in multiple state and federal jurisdictions, including courts in Minnesota, Delaware, Pennsylvania and Arizona.

Scott graduated magna cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law in 2006. During law school, he authored a note on the issue of medical monitoring, which has been cited by state appellate courts in Oregon and North Carolina, as well as in dozens of other publications and briefs. Scott graduated cum laude from Augustana College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Affairs. Prior to joining Maslon, Scott clerked for the Honorable Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
