Zachary W
Zachary W. Allen was born in Norman, Oklahoma, on March 23, 1963. Mr. Allen
graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.B.A. (with special
distinction) in 1985 and from the Southern Methodist University School of Law
with a J.D. in 1988. Mr. Allen is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. While at the
Southern Methodist University School of Law, Mr. Allen was Notes and Comments
Editor for the Journal of Air Law and Commerce from 1987-1988 and
received the Best Casenote Award, Journal of Air Law and Commerce. Mr.
Allen is licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma and the State of Texas.
He is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal
Specialization. Mr. Allen's practice is concentrated in commercial real estate
sales, development, financing and leasing and other general business matters.
Mr. Allen has been a speaker on real estate related topics at numerous seminars,
including continuing education seminars sponsored by the Dallas Bar Association,
the University of Houston School of Law and the Oklahoma Commercial Real Estate
Council.
