Emma has been practising as a dispute resolution lawyer for over 20 years, starting her career with city firm, Stephenson Harwood and has been with Harvey Ingram since 1992. Emma has many years of experience dealing with professional negligence disputes as well as all aspects of commercial dispute resolution and, in particular, mediating commercial disputes.
Emma also lectured in Civil Procedure on the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University in Leicester and is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association, Law Society and is a school governor.

Awarded a 2:1 in law from Sheffield University and trained and qualified with Stephenson Harwood in London 1988 to 1992
