Andrew L. Barrett has practiced consumer bankruptcy law and related matters for going on fifteen (15) years. He has practiced civil litigation related and unrelated to bankruptcy matters over that same time period. He provides bankruptcy and financial restructuring counseling to both individuals and small businesses. He has represented hundreds of individuals in various Ch. 7 and Ch. 13. He handles social security matters for individuals and secures his clients the support to which they are entitled. He has practiced in Federal Bankruptcy Courts Federal District Courts and State Courts throughout Massachusetts. He handles a variety of civil, business, probate and real estate matters in addition to his bankruptcy practice. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar; U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts; U.S. Court of Appeals 1st Circuit; the United States Court of Federal Claims; and the Norfolk Bar Association.
