Basch, Charles Lawrence

Aaron Bartz is an accomplished business lawyer who represents a wide spectrum of business clients, from start-ups to large, publicly-traded corporations, and individuals in various employment matters. Mr. Bartz's legal practice emphasizes advising clients on labor and employment, intellectual property, real estate, and other general business issues.

In addition to the above practice areas, Mr. Bartz has also represented creditors in a variety of actions under the Uniform Commercial Code, preference and avoidable transfer cases under the Bankruptcy Act, and related creditors rights issues.
