Alejandro Bautista joined our firm in 2011. Alejandro is licensed in Wisconsin and Florida and handles national subrogation, including a large number of workers' compensation claims in the State of Florida. Alejandro received his Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies, with a Business Administration Minor, from the University of Central Florida, in Orlando, Florida in 2008, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, earned recognition on the Dean’s List, and was a recipient of the High Achievement Scholarship Program's Pegasus Scholarship and the Bright Futures Florida Medallion Scholarship. Alejandro received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2011, where he was the Managing and Survey Editor for the Marquette Sports Law Review, a member of the Business Law Society and the Real Estate Law Society and a recipient of the Thomas More Law Scholarship. Alejandro also studied abroad at Justus Liebig Universität Giessen, in Germany, during the Summer of 2009, where he studied International Comparative Law. Prior to joining MWL, Alejandro was a law clerk at Murn & Martin, S.C. in Waukesha, Wisconsin and an intern at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources in Madison, Wisconsin. With Alejandro's multiple licenses and bilingual talent, he is an important resource for our firm's national subrogation practice.
