Biographical Notes: Ms. Becker is a shareholder in the firm of Madigan, Dahl & Harlan, P.A. She has been practicing law since 1997 in the above-referenced areas. Ms. Becker graduated from Creighton University School of Law in 1997. While in law school, Ms. Becker was selected as a member of Creighton University National Advanced Trial Team where she placed first in the ATLA Trial Competition, Midwest Region (1997) and was a finalist at the National ATLA Trial Competition (1997). Ms. Becker is a 1994 graduate of the College of Saint Benedict where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Government.

Ms. Becker was recently part of a litigation team that submitted an Amicus Curiae Brief to the United States Supreme Court on behalf of the National Beer Wholesalers Association in Heald v. Engler. Ms. Becker continues to represent individual and business clients in a variety of litigation matters in state, federal and tribal court, as well arbitration forums.

Ms. Becker is licensed to practice law before Minnesota State Courts, Federal District Court for the District of Minnesota, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
