Berkshire, William C.

Liz is a native of Burlington County and has been practicing law in Burlington City for twenty (20) years. Liz is a graduate of Glassboro State College (B.A., summa cum laude) and Widener University School of Law (J.D.). Liz is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the State of Pennsylvania as well as in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Liz is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney (www.judiciary.state.nj.us/supreme_doc/njbac/) and handles all types of personal injury matters, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, slip & fall incidents, dog bite incidents, products liability matters, and medical malpractice. Liz also spends a great deal of her time handling social security disability claims. Liz frequently lectures on the issues of civil litigation and social security disability.

Liz is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association and current chair of the Personal Injury Sub-Committee. Liz has served as a trustee for the Burlington County Bar Association and was chair of the District IIIB Fee Arbitration Committee. She has also served on the District IIIB Ethics Committee for the Supreme Court. Liz is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA) and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy.
