Bianchini, Victor E.

Bruce has had an extensive practice representing government agencies.  He was City Attorney for Macomb for 19 years.  He has been attorney for the Macomb Public Building Commission since 1975.  He is now counsel for Western Illinois University, a position he has held for 14 years.  He also represents numerous local municipalities.  In his role as attorney for these agencies, he has handled numerous bond issues ranging from one to thirty-four million dollars.  He is experienced in matters relating to TIF's, zoning and ordinance drafting and violations. 

His experience in labor matters included cases before the Illinois Department of Human Rights, United States Equal Opportunity Commission, Office of Civil Rights and matters relating to labor union negotiations and grievances. 

As a general practitioner, he is involved in civil practice including contract litigation, domestic relations, real estate and probate.  Recently, he became certified as a mediator in domestic marital and custody matters.  He is also court certified in handling juvenile matters.
