Cate Biggs practices in the area of commercial litigation. She graduated cum laude from South Texas College of Law in Houston where she was on the dean’s honors list and was designated an academic merit scholar. She was a participant in the schools Mock Trial and Moot Court programs and was selected best speaker at the Garland R. Walker Mock Trial Competition. She was also a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity and was active in the child advocates program. Cate is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where she graduated with honors. She earned a bachelor of arts with a double major in English and corporate communications and public affairs.
She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
