Blevins, Bryan O.

Russell A. Blanchard, IV is a resident of Orangeburg, South Carolina. He attended high school, here in his hometown, at Orangeburg Preparatory Schools, Inc. and continued his education by attending the University of South Carolina. Russ was a member of the Phi Kappa Honor Society and graduated magna cum laude in 2004 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He then pursued his law degree at the University of South Carolina School of Law while working as a law clerk here at Williams & Williams. In 2007, Russ graduated from law school and was admitted to practice law in the State of South Carolina. Russ practices in the following areas of law: criminal defense, automobile accidents, workers' compensation, real estate, probate, wills, traffic violations, wrongful death, civil litigation, tort cases, and marital litigation.

Russ is married to Jennifer Blanchard, who is a financial advisor with the Commonwealth Financial Group. They are extremely active in the First Baptist Church of Orangeburg where Russ serves as a Deacon. In October of 2010, Russ and Jennifer went on a mission trip to Haiti. With a group from several churches in the Orangeburg area, they helped install water filtration systems and taught vacation bible school classes in orphanages, schools, and small villages. Russ and Jennifer have also become involved with the South Carolina nonprofit Water Missions International. Russ is admitted to practice law in all state courts in South Carolina and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. In his spare time Russ enjoys golf, hunting, and cycling.
