Arthur Brandt, is a partner in the firm of Gufford & Brandt, Attorneys at Law in Stuart Florida. Mr. Brandt graduated from The University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1997. Mr. Brandt is also a graduate of The American University in Washington D.C., having earned his undergraduate degree in Communications, Legal Institutions, Economics and Government. While in Washington D.C. Mr. Brandt worked for Congressman Chuck Douglas, a former member of the New Hampshire Supreme Court and with Senator Connie Mack of Florida. Mr. Brandt is also a Member of the Sigma Alpha Rho Alumni Association. Mr. Brandt's practice is primarily devoted to criminal defense having and has tried over 50 jury trials throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Brandt practice has also encompassed the federal courts. He is a Member of the United States Southern District and Middle District Courts in Florida. Mr. Brandt is an active member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and the St. Lucie County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
