Braswell, D. Marcus

Mark joined Fraser Stryker in 1994 and has been a partner of the firm since 2001. As both an experienced accountant and accomplished transaction attorney, Mark brings a unique background and skill set to counsel clients in business and corporate law.

Mark represents a broad range of clients, from national companies to entrepreneurial startups across the state of Nebraska, in all aspects of business law. These include taxation, real estate, commercial agreements, finance, business-succession and estate planning and many other areas. Large or small, his goal is the same: to solve problems with bottom-line efficiency and protect the interests of the client.

Born and raised in Grand Island, Mark earned an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Trinity University in 1989 and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Nebraska at Lincoln School of Law in 1994.

Mark and his wife Mary Lou are also very active in the Omaha community. He has served on the Board of Directors and in leadership roles for Child Saving Institute, CSI Foundation, Goodwill Industries, Brownell Talbot and Habitat for Humanity, among others.
