Joshua T. Buckner has been a member of the firm since 2000. Mr. Buckner's primary concentration is in the areas of matrimonial, family law, appellate work, juvenile delinquency, criminal, municipal court, residential real estate, corporate and wills & estates. His experience in family law since 2000 includes all areas such as custody, domestic violence, alimony, child support, business valuations, equitable distribution, the drafting of pre- and post-nuptial agreements and a large juvenile delinquency practice. Mr. Buckner has been involved in numerous matrimonial and juvenile proceedings in Bergen, Passaic, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties. Mr. Buckner also handles private mediations. Mr. Buckner is also corporate counsel to CKO Kickboxing, which has locations throughout New Jersey and New York.

Mr. Buckner received his J.D. from Seton Hall University in 1999 and is admitted to both the New Jersey and New York Bar. He is a 1996 graduate of Rutgers University with a B.A. in History. Following his graduation from Seton Hall University, Mr. Buckner served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Harold C. Hollenbeck, J.S.C., now retired, then Judge of the Chancery Division, Family Part, Bergen County Superior Court, during the 1999-2000 court year. Following the completion of his clerkship, Mr. Buckner joined the firm as an associate.

Mr. Buckner is currently a member of the Bergen County Bar Association and is presently a Bergen County Early Settlement Panelist. Mr. Buckner also serves on the District IIA Fee Arbitration Committee.

In addition to the above, Mr. Buckner has been married to his wife, Josephine, for five years and has one daughter (and one on the way). Mr. Buckner is also an avid marathon runner.
