Byrne, Mark David

Mark Byrne joined the Law Offices of Martin F. Triano in 1992. His practice focuses on civil litigation, construction law, creditor bankruptcy and probate/trust litigation, family law, custody, domestic violence and child abuse.

He is known for the personal attention and passionate representation he gives to each and every client. He believes his clients are integral parts of their own legal team, and works hand-in-hand with them to bring all cases to quick and successful resolution.

Mark Byrne has served on the boards of CASA Contra Costa County and Hercules (California) Rotary Club, among other civic and charitable organizations. He holds a JD from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific, and a BS in environmental sciences from University of California, Riverside.
