Marc's practice focuses on complex business litigation, including class action defense and unfair business practices. He has also practiced in the areas of employment and product liability litigation.
Marc is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
