I was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 3, 1948, as the oldest of 5 children. Neither of my parents had the benefit of a college education and I had to work to pay my way through school. Upon graduation from Chaminade High School in Mineola, NY, I attended Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY, where I graduated on the Dean's List with a B.S. in Economics.

After a few years in business in the private sector, I attended law school and graduated with honors from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, MN in 1977.

I am a member of the New York Bar and the Florida Bar. My early years were spent as a country lawyer with a private practice in Saranac Lake, NY. I started as a general practitioner which exposed me to all aspects of the law from Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning to real estate closings, civil lawsuits and the defense of criminal cases. The Village Trustees also appointed me as the Village Attorney of Saranac Lake, NY for the years 1978 through 1981. In 19791 ran for public office in Saranac Lake and was elected by the people as Franklin County Legislator from 1980 through 1981.

By 1981 the cold weather became too much and a move with the family to the "Sunshine State" was in order. I have been practicing law in Palm Beach County, Florida for in excess of 30 years.

Fortunately, I have a strong network of family and friends. My devoted wife and I are blessed with 3 fine children and 3 grandchildren as well as a feisty miniature schnauzer who keeps us grounded.

I have committed my time and talent to various organizations including my church and Rotary International over these 30 years.

In addition to my commitment as an attorney to uphold the law and represent those who need fair and honest representation, I endeavor to live each day by following Rotary's 4-Way Test which is: (1) Is It The Truth? (2) Is It Fair To All Concerned? (3) Will It Build Good Will and Better Friendships? (4) Will It Be Beneficial To All Concerned?

The practice of law has provided me with a sense of satisfaction in knowing that I have assisted both individuals and families through a myriad of problems. They have relied upon me to guide them through legal matters including the sale or purchase of a home; the preparation of estate planning documents; adoption, divorce, business matters and creditor issues such as saving their home from foreclosure.

I will provide you with a free initial consultation by phone or in my office so that you can determine if you would like to retain my services with your legal matter. It would be an honor to establish your trust in me as your attorney.
