Chase, David R.

John Chaplin focuses his practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate. He has handled thousands of real estate closings throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. He also has experience in preparing wills, advanced medical directives and durable powers of attorney. He is a founding member of Chaplin, Qureshi & Hoyle, as well as its predecessor firm, Freeman & Chaplin. John is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is a member of the Virginia State Bar.

John is a native of Charlottesville, Virginia. He is a 1996 graduate of the University of Kentucky and a 2000 graduate of the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis. He serves on the Advisory Board for the Women's Cancer Advocacy Network (WCAN) and volunteers for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
