Clay, J. Calvin

Carrie Ortner practices complex patent litigation with an emphasis in the pharmaceutical and chemical arts. She has particular experience in patent litigation brought under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Carrie also has experience in due diligence investigations and patent portfolio evaluations. Prior to joining Jones Day she worked at the intellectual property firm Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto.

Carrie is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
