Since I first began to practice law, I have owned my own law firm.  This gives me the privilege of taking the cases and representing the clients that I choose to help.  Since 1980 I have chosen to represent people who have been killed or injured because someone else was careless or negligent.

I pride myself on being a trial attorney who is not afraid of and does not shy away from the courtroom. While many cases settle, I believe that the way to get the best results in and out of court is to prepare each case from the start for trial before a judge or jury.
