Luis O. Pérez is an attorney at Gianelli & Associates whose practice areas include business transactional work, business and civil litigation, estate planning, bankruptcy and personal injury.

Luis is a native of Los Angeles. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with high honors in history and Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also attended Universidad de Alcalá in Madrid, Spain and the Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Lewis and Clark Law School.

Luis is very active in the community and is the past president and current vice president of the Latino Business Association of Stanislaus County and a member of the Hispanic Leadership Council. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children and writing children’s stories and screenplays.

Luis is fluent in Spanish.
