Curley, Mark M.

Mr. Cunnane is counsel in the Business Department.  He focuses his practice on General Estate and Tax, with emphasis on Estate Planning and Administration, Benefit Plans, and ERISA compliance.

Mr. Cunnane received his B.S., magna cum laude, from St. Joseph's University in 1959 and his LL.B., cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1963.  He is admitted to appear before the United States Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, The Pennyslvania Superior Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and American Bar Associations, as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
