Biographical Notes: Mr. Dahl is one of the founding shareholders of the law firm of Madigan, Dahl & Harlan, P.A. He has over 20 years experience. Mr. Dahl received his B.S. (Summa Cum Laude) and Masters Degree (with honors) in Public Administration from Northern Michigan University. While attending NMU on an athletic and academic scholarship Mr. Dahl was honored as an All American by the NCAA. Mr. Dahl graduated (Cum Laude) from Hamline School of Law in 1983, where he was a published author and served as a primary editor of the Hamline Law Review. Mr. Dahl is a member of the Hennepin County and Minnesota State Bar Associations. He is licensed to practice before Minnesota State courts, U.S. District Courts, and several tribal courts throughout the United States.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dahl has been actively engaged in a nationwide practice involving a broad range of sophisticated commercial business clients. He has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in complex commercial disputes involving trade secrets, non-competition agreements, and other employment related matters. Most recently, he successfully represented two out of four minority shareholders in a dispute involving a company with annual sales in excess of 2.5 Billion Dollars.

Mr. Dahl also frequently serves as counsel for child care providers, casinos, insurance brokers and contractors in Federal, State, and Tribal courts across the country. He also regularly represents clients in water intrusion, construction defect, and mold litigation.
