Attorney Dalsey is a veteran litigation attorney with over 20 years of courtroom experience and a solid record of success. His civil and personal injury case experience includes premises, liquor and products liability, as well as Land Court and trust litigation. He is a member of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyer's Association and serves the Superior Court Department of the Massachusetts Trial Court as an approved Arbitrator, Master and Guardian ad litem.

Throughout his career, Attorney Dalsey has provided pro bono legal service to the community, including work as guardian ad litem for minors and incompetent adults. In his early career, he represented of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in matters involving child abuse and neglect and also worked as a court appointed public defender. He served the Massachusetts Committee for Public Counsel Services Appellate Lawyer panel, screening post-conviction claims for indigent prisoners.

Presently, attorney Dalsey handles general liability claims and insurance coverage litigation for BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. and provides products liability defense services for a variety of manufacturers and insurance companies. He offers assistance to out of state attorneys seeking admission pro hac vice to handle Massachusetts litigation or to take depositions of witness located within Massachusetts.

For his individual clients, he handles personal injury representation for automobile and general liability matters, and handles cases involving injuries to children.
