Before attending law school, Mr. Davis served as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Education. During law school, he was an intern representing children in abuse and neglect proceedings and was appointed lawyer and guardian ad litem for children in two cases.
Mr. Davis is a graduate of Yale Law School (J.D., 2005), where he served as a senior editor for the Yale Law and Policy Review. He was the president and host of the Law Talk radio show. Mr. Davis received his Master of Arts degree in history from University of Miami (2002). He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Harvard University (2000, cum laude) and received a language citation in French.
During law school, Mr. Davis was appointed as a part-time instructor in Yale College, teaching an undergraduate course on Foster Care and the Law. He also served as a teaching assistant for courses in political science and history at Yale College.
Mr. Davis is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia. He is currently working in New York under the supervision of members of the New York Bar. He is a member of the American Bar Association.
