Bob obtained Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Los Angeles in 1966. He received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree from Whittier College of Law in September of 1970 and was admitted to the California State Bar & Federal District Court in January 1971.

During various periods over the last four decades Bob was a deputy public defender, Municipal Court Commissioner in the Pasadena & Alhambra Judicial Districts, Juvenile Court Referee in Dependency & Delinquency Courts through Los Angeles County, primary trial counsel in a mid-sized insurance defense firm in Pasadena, trial counsel for juvenile delinquents in Delinquency Court, & trial counsel for children & parents in Dependency Court. His current interest is to continue his trial work.
