Diane Ragosa, an associate in the New York office, focuses her practice on patent litigation in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.  She has experience litigating disputes in federal district court in both bench and jury trials, and in appeals before the Federal Circuit.  She has also represented clients in trademark and trade secret litigation, and in intellectual property transactional work.

Before beginning her legal career, Ms. Ragosa worked in medical device businesses at Johnson & Johnson, holding positions in engineering, manufacturing management, sales, marketing, global product management and intellectual property management.

Ms. Ragosa also has experience representing victims of domestic violence pro bono in contested divorce cases in New York State Supreme Court, in conjunction with inMotion.  In recognition of her efforts, she received the 2009 inMotion Commitment to Justice Award.
