A life-long resident of Lancaster County, Mr. Gardner graduated cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law in 1987, Franklin and Marshall College in 1984 and Warwick High School in 1980. He has since concentrated in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and various types of civil litigation.
Mr. Gardner has been actively involved in the community, including the Lions Club, Teens Responding to Adult Care and Kindness, and the Ephrata High School Mock Trial Team. He has chaired numerous parent organizations at Warwick High School, and is a leader of several groups at Salem United Methodist Church in Rothsville.
Mr. Gardner has received awards for excellence in providing legal service to the underprivileged, and he frequently lectures on the practice of law to local groups and organizations. He is a certified member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates' Forum for his handling of multi-million dollar wrongful death and personal injury cases.
Mr. Gardner resides in Brickerville with his wife, Heidi, and their children, Lyndsay and Adam.
