Eric M. Dolan joined the firm in June 2010 and is now a partner. He has a broad civil litigation practice and is responsible for handling various appellate matters, commercial litigation, insurance defense, products liability and personal injury matters. Mr. Dolan also has an extensive criminal practice, handling both trial level and appellate criminal work in Rochester and the surrounding counties. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dolan was an associate at Ward Greenberg Heller & Reidy LLP. Before that Mr. Dolan was a member of the appeals section of the Office of the Monroe County Public Defender, where he perfected over 60 appeals to the Fourth Department and argued before the Court of Appeals. Mr. Dolan is active in the local legal community, serving as the past chair of the CLE committee for the Young Lawyers Section and as a member of the Professional Performance Committee of the Monroe County Bar Association. Mr. Dolan is admitted to practice in New York state and the Western District of New York.
