Driskill, Roger M.

John P. Dreiser is an attorney with the Law Offices of Tony Farmer and John Dreiser in Knoxville, where he practices in the areas of personal injury, Social Security disability, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, products liability and toxic torts. He has successful appellate experience before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Special Workers’ Compensation Appeals Panel, and the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Mr. Dreiser has lectured previously for the American Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians regarding the AMA Guidelines of the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment to both lawyers and physicians, as well as other seminars on Social Security Disability, medical records and workers’ compensation. He wrote “Hearing a Good Case” in the Tennessee Trial Lawyer, first quarter 2003 issue.

Mr. Dreiser is a member of the American Association for Justice, Tennessee Association for Justice, Workplace Injury Litigation Group, and NOSSCR (National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives).  He earned his B.S. degree with honors from Ball State University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from The University of Tennessee.
