Brian R. Goodman graduated from the Honors Program of Arts and Sciences at Boston College in 2001 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University where he served as the Vice-President of the Student Bar Association. While in school he spent his summers clerking at Palmisano & Goodman, P.A. as well as Gill & Chamas, L.L.C., assisting in the litigation of many complex wrongful death and personal injury cases.

Upon graduation from law school he worked as an associate at Palmisano & Goodman handling a full complement of personal injury and municipal court cases before being sworn in as a Union County Assistant Prosecutor in 2006.  From 2006 to 2010, Brian pursued his interest in criminal law and gained invaluable courtroom experience by prosecuting hundreds of criminal defendants on behalf of the State of New Jersey.  He has prosecuted various criminal cases including drug offenses, weapons offenses, thefts, robbery, fraud and all crimes of violence as well as juvenile offenses.  Brian now brings his extensive litigation experience back to Palmisano & Goodman.  He provides zealous representation for defendants accused of any criminal, juvenile or municipal offense and is equally dedicated to obtaining compensation for citizens who have been injured by the carelessness and negligence of others.

Brian was admitted to practice before the New Jersey State Courts and the United State District Court for the District of New Jersey in 2005.   He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Middlesex County Trial Attorney Association and the American Association for Justice.
