Ebright, Albert H.

Jennifer Williams Earl joined Spragins, Barnett & Cobb as an associate in 2009. Although her practice is broad, her key areas of concentration are Probate, Wills and Estates, Business Organizations, and Commercial Transactions.

Ms. Williams graduated from Lambuth University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. During law school, Ms. Williams received the Dean’s Award for Best Memorandum and served as a member of The University of Memphis Law Review. Ms. Williams also had the opportunity to serve as a legal extern for the Honorable Judge Holly Kirby of the Tennessee Court of Appeals.

Ms. Williams is admitted to practice before the Tennessee Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. Ms. Williams is a member of the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the First United Methodist Church of Lexington, Tennessee.
