As an important part of the Individual Services Group, Gene provides counsel and advocacy to individuals and their families in the area of estate administration.  His practice also includes:

• Estate planning
• Wills and trusts
• Assisting with all elder law issues, including the development and implementation of effective Medicaid planning and long-term-care planning
• Representing individuals and families in court on trust and estate litigation matters--a special expertise

In addition, Gene represents individual clients in Article 81 guardianship proceedings. He also advises clients on employment and human resource matters.
