Mr. Elwell joined Helmer, Conley, & Kasselman, PA in October 2006. Prior to October 2006, Mr. Elwell worked as an immigration attorney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mr. Elwell has handled numerous complex immigration cases, and has enjoyed a great working relationship with myriad immigrant communities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. Mr. Elwell has spoken at immigrant-sponsored events at churches, mosques, and synagogues. Additionally, Mr. Elwell has provided lectures on immigration law for attorneys who are members of bar associations in many counties in New Jersey.
