Mr. Cisneros was also born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley. He obtained his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004. He earned his law degree at the University of Houston in 2008. He worked as an associate lawyer at the insurace defense firm of Esparza & Garza, LLP, in Brownsville, Texas from 2008 - 2009. Mr. Cisneros successfully prosecuted 17 cases to jury verdict while assigned to the 103rd Judicial District Court. In 2009, Mr. Cisneros was named as the 1st Chair of the 444th Judicial District Court, and named Head of the White Collar Crime Division in December, 2010. Mr. Cisneros joined Lawler & Associates, P.C., in March, 2012. He is active in the Cameron County Young Lawyers Association, and he is fluent in Spanish.
