From the time she was admitted to the bar in 1998, Ms. Clark has handled criminal and civil appeals and civil litigation matters including significant work in business litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property, trust and probate cases and construction defect.

Meghan has handled more than thirty appeals and six cases have been the subject of publication including Wood v. Santa Monica Escrow Co. (2007) 151 Cal.App.4th 1186, Community Redevelopment Comm. v. County of Ventura (2007) 152 Cal.App.4th 1470, Totten v. County of Ventura (2006) 139 Cal.App.4th 826, Wood v. Santa Monica Escrow II (2009) 176 Cal.App.4th 802, Dotson v. Amgen (2010) 181 Cal.App.4th 975 (assisting as local counsel) and Faulkinbury v. Boyd & Associates (2010) 185 Cal.App.4th 1363.

Meghan provides day-to-day advice to employers on all matters including handling terminations, development of employment policies and counseling employees.

Ms. Clark has successfully defended employers in lawsuits involving harassment and discrimination, pregnancy disability and leave of absence issues. She has also represented employers in disputes involving an employee's improper use of an employer's intellectual property, including customer lists and commercially sensitive information.

Meghan also uses her experience as a life-long horsewoman to handle a variety of general counsel matters for clients with equine issues including ranch owners, horse owners and horse trainers.
