Don Erlandson's practice is focused on complex insurance recovery counseling and litigation, as well as on business and commercial contract litigation and disputes.

Don has extensive experience analyzing complex and cutting-edge issues in a wide variety of areas related to insurance recovery. He has assisted clients in successfully obtaining coverage under a broad array of insurance policies, including general liability policies, directors and officers' liability policies, and professional liability policies. Don also has authored numerous articles discussing various coverage topics. Outside of the realm of insurance recovery, Don was part of the team that represented Union Pacific Railroad Company in a case that resulted in one of the few rulings ever finding federal preemption of Proposition 65.
