Mr. Parekh's practice focuses on complex corporate and commercial disputes in a broad range of matters including structured financial products, securities and shareholder litigation, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and insurance coverage and accounting matters. He represents corporate and individual clients in all aspects of litigation at the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts as well as in arbitration and other ADR proceedings. Mr. Parekh has extensive experience litigating cases relating to mortgage-backed securities and pharmaceutical pricing and licensing disputes. He has also successfully assisted clients in responding to government investigations and inquiries by federal and state regulators. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Parekh was a litigation associate at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler, LLP.
