Cyndy Fenninger is a partner at Orsbon & Fenninger, LLP.  She is a member of the Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law sections of the American Bar Association and the Taxation section of the North Carolina Bar Association.  She is a 
North Carolina
 State Bar certified specialist in Estate Planning and Probate Law. 
Ms. Fenninger has extensive experience in a broad range of federal and state income, estate, and gift tax issues.  She regularly advises and represents clients in the following areas:

Implementing sophisticated estate planning techniques to minimize the impact of estate inheritance, and income taxes on a decedent's estate, including charitable trusts, grantor retained trusts, qualified personal residence trusts and other tax-savings devices;
