Dan Constantinescu is employed in the New York office of Frommer Lawrence & Haug LLP.
Dr. Constantinescu has a technical background in the life sciences. He received his B.S. in Biology from Haverford College. Subsequently, he completed his Ph.D. in Cell Biology and Molecular Physiology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, researching embryonic stem cell differentiation and the molecular mechanisms underlying Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome, an accelerated aging disorder. He received his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the Hastings Business Law Journal.
