Douglas E. Fierberg is a partner in the firm and his practice focuses on commercial litigation, wrongful death, personal injury, victims of sexual assault, and hazing cases. He has been lead counsel in numerous jury, nonjury, and administrative trials, wrongful death and serious injury cases across the country, including in Michigan, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and other states.  His work on behalf of students injured or killed in school settings has been featured on CNN, ABC 20/20, the New York Times and numerous other television, radio and print stories.

Mr. Fierberg has also appeared as trial counsel for residential and community advocacy associations in Washington area neighborhoods. For this work, he has received several community service awards.
