Ms. Peros' practice focuses on corporate and commercial litigation of disputes involving complex commercial transactions, contracts, and real estate. She also has significant experience in representing lending institutions, financing companies and creditors in enforcing creditor’s rights and remedies.
Ms. Peros had extensive experience clerking for two judges in Denver District Court where she researched and drafted memoranda and orders, reviewed County Court and Administrative Appeals and assisted in motions hearings and trials.
