Forsmith, Herbert Samuel

Mr. Forrester's practice concentrates in the areas of labor and employment, workers compensation and litigation. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and his Juris Doctor degree from Washington & Lee University. Mr. Forrester is a member of the Memphis and Tennessee Bar Associations and the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association. In addition, he has been a frequent speaker regarding employment law issues.
