Stephanie Franke is a former prosecutor for both Hidalgo and Cameron County and currently practices in the areas of criminal defense law, civil litigation and insurance defense. She is familiar with the civil litigation process as well as the criminal process for individuals who have been charged with crimes such as driving/boating under the influence, public intoxication, thefts, forgery, domestic violence and assault charges.
