Frank, Matthew M

A retired Marine Corps Officer, Mr. Francescon graduated Magna cum Laude from the George Mason University School of Law in December 2003. His practice areas include criminal defense, traffic offenses, uncontested divorces, guardian ad litem for incapacitated individuals and business law. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

His military experience includes service in the Gulf War, command of a helicopter squadron, and a tour of duty as a helicopter pilot for the President of the United States.
