Steve Gardella is an associate attorney at The Law & Mediation Offices of Garrison Klueck. He focuses exclusively on the practice of Family Law which includes divorce, child custody, child and spousal support issues, modification of court orders, enforcing out-of-state court orders, military divorce, registered domestic partnerships dissolution, and preparing pre and post nuptial agreements. Stephen’s knowledge in the area of family law and his dedication to helping people through difficult times is reflected in his professional and successful negotiations and diligent representation of clients in court.

Attorney Gardella earned his law degree in 1998 from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego. While there, he served as the Class President and was elected Lt. Governor to the California State Bar Association. His litigation career began when he was selected to the National Honors Mock Trial Team where he competed against the best law school litigators in trial competitions across the country. He is formally recognized by Who’s Who in American Law Schools. Steve also served as a contributing editor to the Law School newspaper and received the Lex Procedurum award in recognition of his outstanding legal reporting.
