Jessica Reilly is an associate attorney with Olup & Associates. She focuses her practice on family law. Jessica treats each client with dignity and respect, always keeping her focus on the client’s individual needs and goals. Jessica brings creative ideas, strategic focus and a collaborative spirit to each case in order to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Jessica is admitted to practice law in Minnesota. She attended the Family Law Institute in the spring of 2012, and attended the annual American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers family law conference in 2011 and 2012. She is a member of the Family Law League.

Jessica received her J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law. Jessica received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was an honors student in the College of Letters and Science.

While in law school, Jessica was actively involved with the Minnesota Justice Foundation. Jessica volunteered as a “Street Law” teacher, teaching local high school students about their legal rights in a variety of areas. Jessica also volunteered with the Volunteer Lawyers Network (VLN), conducting intake interviews for the Self-Help Center at the Hennepin County Family Justice Center in Minneapolis. Jessica was also involved with the American Bar Association’s Negotiation Competition, where she competed against teams from across the country in negotiation skills and tactics. Jessica and her partner placed second in the Region and competed at the National competition. Jessica was also an editor of the William Mitchell Journal of Law & Practice, where she honed her legal research and writing skills.

Jessica joined Olup & Associates in May of 2011 as a law clerk and transitioned into the position of associate attorney shortly after her graduation from law school. Prior to her work with Olup & Associates LLC, Jessica clerked at another family law firm in the Twin Cities. Prior to attending law school, Jessica worked at a full-service marketing agency in Madison, Wisconsin where she worked with national clients to develop and manage their strategic public relations campaigns.
