Grandone, Helen Farnsworth

Attorney William F. Gramer is a 1993 graduate of Chelmsford High School, received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Syracuse University in 1997, and his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School in 1999. Mr. Gramer passed the bar that same year and began his career as an associate attorney with Siegal Law Offices, LLC in Albany, NY. While at Siegal Law Offices Mr. Gramer primarily handled complex matrimonial and family law matters involving high net worth clients and gained experience litigating valuation, tax and forensic accounting issues in divorce matters. In 2006 Mr. Gramer joined O'Neill & Associates, P.C. after relocating back to Massachusetts, and became a principal in the firm of O'Neill & Gramer, P.C. in 2011.

Mr. Gramer has over 10 years of experience representing clients in divorce and family law matters, as well as a broad range of civil litigation and transactional matters, including real estate & landlord/tenant law, business law, estate planning and probate law, and zoning and land use law.

Mr. Gramer is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and admitted to practice in the Federal District Court for the Northern District of New York and District of Massachusetts.

Mr. Gramer is an elected member of the Planning Board for the Town of Tyngsboro and appointed member of the Tyngsboro Community Preservation Committee.
