Gravens, Terrance P.

Ginny Dwyer joined Grannis & Hauge in 1994.  Her practice focuses primarily on business clients and includes business formation, commercial and real estate transactions, contract and lease negotiations and drafting, shareholder agreements and business succession planning.  She also practices in the areas of estate planning and probate.  She is a trustee and member of the Finance Council for The Church of St. Joseph in West Saint Paul, Minnesota.
