Green, Kevin P.

Kevin Green grew up in O’Fallon, Illinois. He attended Loyola University Chicago, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy. During his undergraduate work, Kevin participated in the Loyola University mock trial team, worked as a file clerk for a law firm in Chicago, and interned in Washington, D.C. for the United States House of Representatives Committee on Small Business.

Upon graduating, Kevin attended Washington University School of Law. While in law school, he served as an Executive Notes and Projects Editor on the Washington University Journal of Law and Policy, earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in his Legal Ethics Seminar and in Jury Instructions and the Trial Process, and was invited to join the Order of Barristers for outstanding oral and written advocacy skills. He also actively competed in moot court, receiving the Golden Quill award in the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Competition, and finishing as a national quarterfinalist in the A.B.A. National Moot Court Competition.

During law school, Kevin also worked for the City of Chicago Department of Law, the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Illinois, and a law firm in San Francisco, California.

Kevin joined the firm as an associate in 2010, and represents clients in the areas of business and commercial litigation and class actions.

Kevin enjoys playing tennis, golf, and kickball in Tower Grove Park, traveling, trivia, and spending time with his family.
